Festival created by Michael Moore underway on shores of Lake Michigan
Lily Tomlin and Kathy Griffin are in town. Julia Reichert and Steve Bognar too, not to mention Nanfu Wang, Jehane Noujaim, Melissa Gilbert, the directors of For Sama and the producers of David Crosby: Remember My Name. And, of course, Michael Moore.
Some leading figures in Hollywood and documentary have booked passage to Northern Michigan to appear at the 15th annual Traverse City Film Festival, founded and programmed by Moore.
